Floatplanes, or air taxis as they are called in bush Alaska, are a common means of transportation in and around Prince of Wales Island. Enjoy a scenic 40 minute floatplane flight from Ketchikan International Airport that brings you to the dock of our deluxe full service family run lodge. Groups of eight are easily accommodated by floatplane.
A round trip airfare from Ketchikan to Kingfisher Charters & Lodge is included in your package on the airline of your choice, or we will be happy to assist you in choosing a professional floatplane charter.
